Updates, Videos and Support my friend Laura

I know it’s been a while. I’ve been dealing with a few things. The medical terms are sequelae and arthralgia. In regular English it means I have been getting a host of new joint pain from the chikungunya. I think I’m on the mend but we shall see.  In the mean time I have been using my down time to plan on ways to serve you better.  I have two 30 minute and one 10 minute class up on YouTube.  I also have some snippets from my private practice.  If there is anything you would like to see up on my channel feel free to let me know.

My videos are available for download on sellfy.com/yogawithmo.  I will try to highlight each video separately. This week’s video is Zoom: Yoga for runners.  It is a 30 minute video highlighting the poses that I like to do to complement my running.  Standing poses to strengthen the legs, twists to release tension in the hips and forward folds to stretch the hamstrings, backs and legs. Check it out on YouTube.

If you like what you see on YouTube consider buying the video on Sellfy.  Proceeds from this video go to support my friend Laura‘s Run Across America.  Laura is running from San Fransisco City Hall to New York City Hall next summer to raise  sexual violence awareness and prevention.  I believe in her and wish I could be with her through the entire run.  Instead I have promised to be a Skype call away and will give what I can.  My yoga for runners video was inspired by Laura. She has been waiting patiently for months for this video.  I have decided that I will give all the money raised from the sale of this video to Laura.   Click here to buy the video and support Laura’s Run Across America.

If you have no interest in yoga but would like to support Laura, please see this post.  I am definitely getting a tank top.  Just a heads up I may bring this up again.

Are there any videos you would like to see?

  1. Thank you so much for doing this – you have no idea how much I appreciate it!

    1. You are most welcomed. I will probably do a couple more blog posts. As the run gets closer.

I would love to know your thoughts
