I know it’s been a while. I’ve been dealing with a few things. The medical terms are sequelae and arthralgia. In regular English it means I have been getting a host of new joint pain from the chikungunya. I think I’m on the mend but we shall see. In the mean time I have been using my down time to plan on ways to serve you better. I have two 30 minute and one 10 minute class up on YouTube. I also have some snippets from my private practice. If there is anything you would like to see up on my channel feel free to let me know.

It is a 30 minute video highlighting the poses that I like to do to complement my running. Standing poses to strengthen the legs, twists to release tension in the hips and forward folds to stretch the hamstrings, backs and legs. Check it out on YouTube.
