Sunday Running Report

IMG-20140124-00804_1390566206435_nThis week my report will cover some days from the previous week because I started the challenge on a Thursday.

Thursday: 2.27 miles

Friday: 2.28 miles

Saturday: I felt icky and spent the day resting and hydrating.

Sunday: I counted walking  1 mile each way to and from yoga.

Monday: 2.35 miles

Tuesday: Walking 1 mile to yoga

Wednesday: Walking to yoga

Thursday: 2.06 miles.  Felt really good.

Friday: 2.17 miles. Feeling good

Saturday: Walked 1 mile to church

Overall the week went pretty well I am starting to feel more comfortable running, meaning I don’t feel like I might puke or die or both. I went from just finishing two miles to finishing strong by the end of the week. All of these runs were around 30 minutes which is a good pace for now.  I am very happy with the results.
