I didn’t run. I had a serious fibro flare up and learned to accept that fibro affects my mood. All this while being very busy growing my business. I still need to buy paper cups and get a foam roller. I did buy new shoes although it may take a while until they get here. I have been using Asics DS trainer for the past several years. I wanted to wait until I could get into a fancy running store to get new shoes instead I ordered the latest edition of DS trainer. I also tried a new stick workout class with my aunt. I’ve added a video from youtube in case you’re wondering what a stick workout looks like. With both swimming and the stick workout, I surprised myself with what I could actually do. Here’s what my training looked like this week:
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Stick Workout
Friday: Swim
Saturday: Rest
This week I plan to take it one day at a time. My goal is to do something active every other day and to nurture my emotional well being by writing in my journal.
