Sunday Running Report: Getting back on Track

This week my plan was to have four workouts.   I didn’t get to do it because I had to spend Thursday and Friday resting because I did not feel well. I still taught all my yoga classes.  I find that just teaching and doing restorative postures at night has really helped my running.  Also I am loving my new shoes because I have no foot pain.  The fit is a little off on the right shoe but it will do for now.  I am using a new app for running, I will be using a mix of time and distance to record my run.  Here’s what my training looked like this week:

Sunday: One hour run
Monday: Rest- long day
Tuesday: Swim twenty minutes
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Restorative Yoga
Saturday: Rest

This week I plan to swim, use ice cups, and try to find a good routine where I do four workouts this week.
