I wanted to run this week, I really did but instead I swam.
After reading about Laura’s internet doctoring, I decided to do some research into common injuries and fibromyalgia. A ton of reading later I decided I need KT tape and foam rolling, as well as hip strengthening. That’s what the physical therapists usually say. I will keep you updated.
I taught three yoga classes most days so I stayed off my feet and tried to squeeze in some restorative yoga. I also got a good 30 minutes of swimming in the ocean on Friday. So there you have it another week of no running.
