This week my I achieved many of my goals. 4 workouts, check. 1 swim, check. Ice check. I even did my short run on the road and played some soccer. Here’s what my training looked like this week:
Sunday: One hour 20 minute run
Monday: 50 Minute run, 30 minutes pick up soccer
Wednesday: 35 minute run
Friday: 20 minute swim
Total weekly miles 11.
This week I plan to swim, use ice cups, run at least 3 times. If I feel strong enough, I may even run 4 times.
