Did you know that I have been working on a women’s yoga book? It’s called 5 Minutes of Peace: Yoga for Today’s Woman. I wanted to write something for the busy woman who thinks she doesn’t have enough time to do yoga. So I wrote this book consisting of routines made up of 5 poses that can be done in 5 minutes. You can put the routines together for a one hour yoga practice. All the poses are simple and easy to do.
Today’s woman knows what she wants, goes after it and makes it her own. She doesn’t always have time for a 1 hour yoga class but she can spare 5 minutes. It only takes 5 minutes a day to build a consistent yoga practice. If you can find 5 minutes you can do yoga and find peace, relaxation and tranquility.
Each routine in this book is made up of only 5 poses and takes only 5 minutes. They range from energizing morning routines to relaxing evening routines. Put them all together and you have a one hour routine. With 5 Minutes of Peace everyone can find the time to build a rewarding yoga practice.
