A few years ago I got the bright idea to document my hopes and dreams for all the word to see. I had a blog on blogger that I have since made private. I imported three of the posts to share with you. Below you will find an easy bread recipe. I made this all the time before I stopped using yeast. Apparently, in those days I didn’t give instructions. This recipe needs water. So here is the addendum
- mix all the dry ingredients
- add the wet ingredients and enough water to make a batter resembling pancake batter
- place in a greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees until a skewer comes out clean.
I have to mention that I haven’t made this in years.
I also have the post from 18 July, 2010 when I realized I wanted to teach yoga. here.
The post where I reflect on the strength I possessed as a child is also here.

There’s nothing like fresh baked bread. It’s so filling and makes for a happy tummy.
