Pose of the week: Uttanasana

Forward fold is really great. I love how it stretches the entire back of my legs. I really enjoy the variation where you wrap the arms around the thighs. I find it soothing and comforting. Remember it’s okay to bend your knees in this pose. If your hands don’t reach the floor you can use a block. I find after practicing with a block I can go much deeper into uttanasana.
