Ur what??? Known at UPP, leg raises, leg lifts or L shapes. This is one of my favorite poses for building core strength. There are so many variations: arms overhead, arms parallel to the legs etc. This is also a favorite with J girl and J boy who like to be lifted up in the air and pretend they’re soaring like birds. I am currently using this as part of my core strengthening regimen to build core strength for inversions and arm balances.
