One of the things I love the most about yoga is that most poses are accessible to people of all abilities with the use of props. Also props don’t have to be fancy yoga equipment. Here I am using a park bench to support my upward facing bow aka wheel pose. (what did you say? It’s a picnic table for eating picnics? No, it’s a yoga prop). If you struggle with a pose props help you find the right expression of that pose for your body.
