Plow pose is one of these poses that’s so simple and can be quite difficult at the same time. For years I just could not get my feet to touch. The only advice I could get is “just let your feet fall.” I accepted my fate and awaited patiently. Finally, 2 weeks ago they touched the ground. To honor my achievement we have halasana as the pose of the week.
