Yesterday I introduced you to Jamie Perry of Imperfect Yoga Life. Today you get to see Jamie’s moves as she rocks her crescent lunge. Anjaneyasana is pretty awesome. It works on balance and flexibility, stretches the hips and opens the heart. This is a very powerful pose. If you have high blood pressure, heart problems, knee or back injury ask your teacher what modifications you should make to enjoy the benefits of this pose.
