Some days my shoulders and hips hurt a lot and my back is really tight. On those days the thought of doing a sun salutations is unbearable. I have quite a few clients who for various reasons have trouble with sun salutations but still want to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
With that in mind I developed a sequence to warm up the body and release tension in the hips, back and shoulders. It’s perfect for those days when you don’t feel like doing anything but know that you need to. I called it Mo Salutations.
