I’ve been quite busy teaching yoga and living the dream lately. I have a few recipes to post but I haven’t gotten around to it. Instead I will give you one of my favorite drinks right now. Quick confession I love juice. When I’m thirsty it’s easier to reach for juice instead of water. Please no one bring up flavored water because I don’t drink it. I just can’t deal with flavored water.
Due to my fructose malabsorption I often dilute my juice with club soda. My favorite juice right now is this pressed grape juice from the local supermarket. I mix equal parts juice and club soda and a little squirt of lime.
