    For over a decade Monetta has been helping people find joy in their bodies and ease in their lives. Her focus is marginalized communities such as children, senior citizens, the chronically ill and disabled.

    Monetta is passionate about decolonization and sharing yoga with her community. She has published two yoga books to help make yoga more accessible to children and Black women.
